Online yoga therapist and embodiment coach specializing in mental health

Libby Walunas (MA, C-IAYT, RYT-500, OHYA Level 3) is a certified yoga therapist, embodiment coach, breathwork coach, and teacher of hatha yoga, Ghosh yoga, original hot yoga, yin yoga, and Voice Colors yoga. Her work is trauma-informed, pain science-educated, and neurodiversity-affirming. Her special interests include traditional Indic knowledge systems and Sanskrit, the science of yoga for mental health, and philosophy of mind.

As a late-diagnosed autistic adult, Libby also promotes yoga accessibility for neurodivergent adult populations in private practice and as a yoga therapy training lecturer and CPD provider. Her book, Yoga Therapy with Autistic Adults, was published in 2026 by Singing Dragon.

She is a yoga therapist with MD Anderson Cancer Center, a lecturer and writer with The Minded Institute, and a lecturer with SVYASA-USA. She is currently pursuing graduate studies in psychology with the eventual goal of contributing to research in yoga therapy for autism-distinct anxiety.

Libby’s private clients tend to be mature women, often neurodivergent (whether diagnosed or not), looking for support in reclaiming their power. Practices and reflections help them to set boundaries, recognize their authentic strengths, and rediscover their own values so they can nurture themselves accordingly.

Outside of yoga contexts, Libby is a copy editor, cat lady, and karaoke fanatic.
