Emily is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) who completed her training at Surya Yoga in Simpsonville, South Carolina, in October 2021. Since then, she has guided students through Vinyasa, Power, Hot, and Hatha styles, blending calm presence with a steady challenge to help others discover their own strength and potential.

She believes yoga extends beyond the mat, integrating philosophy, asana, and prana into everyday life for a more balanced way of being.
