I prefer teaching specialty workshops that focus on subtle body, classical texts, yoga philosophy and exploring the advanced practices.
Current influences
I was raised in the Kripalu tradition. After I left, I did much study to verify the teachings I was grounded in and spent time with many teachers, especially Rama Jyoti Vernon Today my studies focus on tantra from the Kashmir Śaivism tradition.
