Jaime Warkonyi (Jai Rajgeet Kaur) is an E-RYT 500, YACEP, KRI Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Y12SR Peer Support Guide with more than 2,000 hours of teaching experience. She offers accessible, heart-centered classes that weave together Hatha, Yin, Heated Flow, Kundalini, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness. Inspired by mythology, lunar wisdom, and the healing power of community, Jaime creates welcoming spaces where students of all backgrounds can reconnect with themselves, cultivate resilience, and discover lasting inner peace. Off the mat, she serves as an assistant principal, bringing the same compassion, curiosity, and dedication to growth into every aspect of her life and teaching.
