Over the years, I have completed Ashtanga yoga teacher apprenticeships and prenatal yoga trainings, and my current focus is on Yoga Sangraha and Pranayama, studying under the guidance of expert teachers Robert Moses, Eddie Stern, and Harshvardhan Jhaveri.
