I’m a yoga teacher and movement educator blending therapeutic yoga, yoga-informed movement, and breath with an East–West lens. My work invites deep listening and sustainable practices that help students feel more at home in their bodies—on and off the mat.

Kelli Biehle is a certified Yoga Therapist, movement educator, and owner of Granville Yoga. Her work brings together a background in rehabilitation, a breath-led yoga tradition, and an ongoing curiosity about how people can move well and participate more fully in their lives.

Before turning her attention more fully toward yoga, Kelli worked for many years as an occupational therapist in outpatient orthopedics, specializing in hand therapy. That experience continues to inform how she thinks about injury, healing, compensation, and the importance of helping people reconnect with their bodies.

Although the tradition of T.K.V. Desikachar remains a guiding influence, Kelli’s work has evolved toward what she describes as yoga-informed movement. Her approach draws from yoga but is not limited to traditional asanas. Breath, strength, mobility, stillness, fascial movement, sensory exploration, and movement variability may all become part of the practice, depending on the needs of the individual.

Kelli’s primary focus is one-on-one work and education. She especially enjoys working with people who are navigating pain, injury, aging, or physical change, as well as those who simply believe there is more possibility in how they move and live. Her goal is not to prescribe a perfect way to move, but to help each person better understand their own body and develop practical tools that support a full and engaged life.
