Therapeutic, trauma and nervous system informed yoga based in Greenville, SC with offerings in person and online.
Keri Marino is a yoga therapist and yoga teacher with 17 years of clinical and teaching experience at the intersection of therapeutic yoga, women's mental health and nervous system healing. She is the founder of The Nourished Woman, a women's wellness brand dedicated to helping women build a real yoga practice that goes all the way in — into the body, the nervous system, the spirit and the whole life.
Keri holds a 500-hour yoga education including specialized training in therapeutic yoga, trauma-informed yoga, restorative yoga and prenatal and postnatal yoga. She has completed advanced training in mental health and yoga and has taught yoga in clinical settings including hospital and eating disorder treatment programs. She has spent 17 years in private practice working one-to-one with women navigating anxiety, depression, body image struggles, chronic pain, spiritual disconnection and the challenges of navigating womanhood in a culture that rarely slows down long enough to support real healing.
Her approach draws from the full depth of the yogic tradition — asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, the yamas and niyamas as a living ethical practice — applied therapeutically to a woman's specific healing needs. She believes yoga is not stress relief. It is medicine. And when it is practiced in its fullness it changes not just how a woman feels but who she is.
Keri offers 1:1 yoga therapy sessions in person in Greenville, SC and on Zoom, a growing library of therapeutic online yoga courses and The Nourished Woman Sanctuary — a devoted monthly practice membership for women ready to go deeper. She also hosts The Nourished Woman Podcast, teaches weekly therapeutic yoga classes at Greenville Yoga and leads workshops and teacher trainings throughout the year.
She lives in Greenville, SC with her husband and three children.
