Chair Yoga certified 2023, Trauma Informed Yoga certified 2023, Eating Disorders-How Yoga supports prevention and recovery certified 2023, Lead Teacher for Discovery Yoga in Kripalu Tradition Teacher Training certified in 2022. I have been teaching Oncology Yoga since 2019 at AdventHealth in Daytona Beach. When COVID hit, my yoga took me into the Zoom world so that I could continue to provide FREE yoga classes. I currently teach an oncology yoga zoom class and an oncology yoga in person class weekly both classes are free for cancer thrivers and their caregivers.
