My own personal journey through overcoming injuries and personal trauma combined with my passion to help people feel better in their bodies and life has developed into a uniquely loving and powerfully healing teaching environment.

Combining many years of fitness and yoga instruction, personal training, a rewarding 15 year massage therapy career and energy healing I know the body well.

Intuitively gifted, I am guided to help others in a very personal way for each and every person I have the opportunity to work with in this life.
