Laura Forsyth has been a student of yoga since 1996, and has been teaching since 2005. She completed a formal 500-hr yoga program in the early 2000s while serving as Director of Events and Trainings for a large Studio group. In this role, she had the privilege of hosting and studying directly over many years with teachers such as Donna Farhi, Judith Lasater, Leslie Kaminoff, Dr. Richard Miller, Gary Kraftsow, Sally Kempton, Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers and many more. She has a Business degree from the University of Texas, has completed coursework in Ayurveda from the Ayurvedic Institute, and studied bodywork at the Institute of Psycho Structural Balancing in California.
Laura founded One Yoga Global in 2012 and works with select teachers and yoga studios to offer yoga vacation and retreat event facilitation. When in town, she still teaches weekly classes in her hometown of Austin, Texas.
