Certified Yoga Teacher

My yoga obsession started after having my first baby in 2012 when someone brought me to my first Bikram class. Yoga has helped me through motherhood, cancer and everyday life. I am a 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher with additional certifications in Yin, Sculpt and Restorative yoga. Influenced by global travel and living in a larger body, my classes offer a grounded experience rooted in intention, accessibility, and presence.
