- Commit to a sustained daily practice (meditation, breathwork, kriya) and reflect on personal growth, patterns of healing/unlearning and energetic change
- Integrate trauma-aware language, inclusive cues and ethical awareness into one’s own movement and meditation practice.
The ability to teach...
- Create well-designed 60-90min kundalini yoga classes that clearly embrace yoga's roots, and maintain trauma awareness.
- Apply trauma-informed teaching methodologies via safe language, accessible modifications (e.g., chair Kundalini), inclusive practices—and adapting sessions to varying student needs.
- Use the voice (chant, mantra, cueing) and appropriate instrumentation/sound to support sound healing, energetic activation and class flow.
