Certified Yoga Teacher

I’ve been teaching for 23 years, primarily full-time. For 15 years, I owned three yoga studios in NJ and ran an international retreat business. I served as Director of Kripalu Schools, and then co-founded The Thread Yoga Collective—a mentoring community for yoga teachers.
