After two invasive lung surgeries, I came to yoga as a way to heal. Then, in 2007, I began to teach, on fire to share the benefits of this practice with others.

As a GOYA-ECYT-500, YA-ERYT-500, American Yoga Council Level 3 Teacher, I offer skilled guidance in a therapeutic and individualized approach to yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra in the Sri Vidya tradition, as informed by my ongoing studies with my primary teacher Yogarupa Rod Stryker, founder of Tantra Yoga Alchemy/ParaYoga.

I was first introduced to hatha yoga from the perspective of Tantra — the skillful use of energetics for personal evolution — through training in Embodying the Flow, Mandala of Asanas and Prana Mandala Vinyasa (200 hours) with global innovator and yoginiraj Shiva Rea, founder of Prana Vinyasa Flow. I continue my studies with Shivaji through her Samudra Global School of Living Yoga. I am also working toward certification as a Tantra Yoga Alchemy master teacher with Yogarupa Rod Stryker.
