Bio
Maya Vlachos is an Iyengar Yoga teacher and the founder of the Iyengar Yoga Center in Zurich (since 2001). Her teaching blends precise alignment with breath and fascia-informed methods (MELT, Yoga Tune Up) to support safety, recovery, and long-term wellbeing. Trained at RIMYI in Pune and mentored by Vasili Vlachos, Maya leads classes and workshops across levels with a clear focus: healthy movement patterns and sustainable practice for every student.
