Grounded, trauma-informed, heart-led, and integrative—blending ancient Yoga and Ayurveda wisdom with lived experience to create safe, and deeply reconnecting practices rooted in connection and healing.

My mission is to create a safe and welcoming space where individuals exploring drug and alcohol addiction can uncover the healing continuity of Anvaya, between their practice and daily lives. Through Yoga and Ayurveda, and community support, I guide students in transforming unconscious patterns, whether physical, emotional, or hidden, to rediscover the steadiness, clarity, and wholeness that have always lived within them - a sense of remembering and coming home.

Current influences

My inspiration came from a very dear friend of mine, Ellie Hadsall, who delighted me with an introduction to Ayurveda. Since then, I haven't looked back. She also wrote, Pathwalker A Soul's Journey Through Parallel Lives.
Rachel Scott has been my most recent influence. She's truly genuine and gifted with her ability to guide you where your soul yearns to travel. Even if it isn't your will to see it at first. You can sense her wit and wisdom in her book, Yoga for Mind, Body & Spirit.
Melanie Salvatore-August; I met in person for the first time this year. She has a profound authority that stares at you with honesty and truth. She taught me to be myself and to teach from a different perception. A perception of realness I haven't felt in a long time emerge. She also wrote Yoga To Support Immunity and Fierce Kindness.
Myra Lewin, creator of Hale Pule Ayurveda and Yoga. She's like a mother I never had, wise, honest, and most devoted. The first interview I saw of her, she was explaining illnesses as symptoms much deeper than I wanted to imagine, running deep in our veins. I was constantly searching for something to help me feel balanced. My anxiety was all over the place, I was all over the place. Her course taught me to see things as a continuity of all things about the mind, body and spirit.
