Michele values deep self-listening as a way to refine awareness and reshape habitual patters so that we may experience the full spectrum of a life well nourished. She is a diverse teacher, skillful in distilling the time-honored teachings of yoga, meditation and āyurveda in a way that is accessible and relevant to modern living. Her alignment based yogāsana classes are rooted in the teachings of yoga and incorporate meditation and mantra as means to experience yoga.

She teaches online and in person, hosts healing retreats in Maui and around the world, is lead teacher for a 200 hr yoga teacher training.
