27 years experience practicing Ashtanga, Dharma & Vinyasa Flow, currently with Garth Hewitt & Nich Ferrara at Shiva Yoga in West Hollywood, as well as Acro with Kundun on Venice Beach. 200 hr-YTT certified with Supersoul Academy/Shanti Om Yoga at the Govardhan Ecovillage in India. Other notable, past mentors not listed here include: Vinnie Marino, Stephanie Morrell, Ella Cojocaru, Rebecca Benenati, Peter Barnett & Cheri Rae Russell. Featured in Yoga Magazine (August 2024), and modeled for Shama Jade (activewear brand), as well as Udaya Yoga & Fitness (on-demand streaming platform). Currently teaching "Freak Show Flow" at "Killer Fitness," a horror-themed gym in Burbank.
