I guide individual women seeking to uncover their true self and blossom. By creating a safe place to practice, express and love yourself, growth continues and is key when inviting the heart to open and shine its light. We gather in sisterhood, creating a community to blossom and grow individually and collectively. This feels my heart with joy. Each soul that is touched is wrapped in a warm, loving blanket of safety, as you blossom from darkness to light. I encourage women to share stories, experiences, triumphs and hardships without judgment and shame.
