I'm a 500-hour yoga and meditation teacher specializing in women's health. My experience as a board certified Integrative Women's Health Coach inspired me to create Cycle Awareness Yoga®, supporting women with yoga practices throughout their reproductive life cycle.

My journey to creating Cycle Awareness Yoga® has been anything but linear, but every twist has shaped how I serve women today. I was a competitive gymnast for 13 years, ran cross-country and track, and later served in the Marine Corps while competing in NPC fitness competitions. Yoga found me through self-improvement books in high school, but I didn't truly understand its power until I was 23, married and pregnant with twins. My high-intensity workouts weren't working anymore, I needed to slow down and prepare my mind and body for bringing two babies into the world. That experience changed everything.

After my 200-hour training with Faith Hunter in 2013, I continued learning with amazing teachers like Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Brahmani Yoga and Brett Larkin. Living abroad through my thirties, I met women all over the world who were dealing with PCOS, endometriosis, infertility, and perimenopause. Traditional yoga classes weren't meeting their needs and I already realized it wasn't meeting mine.

That's when I created Cycle Awareness Yoga®. It's a practice that honors your menstrual cycle like the seasons: restorative during menstruation (Winter), gentle flows pre-ovulation (Spring), fiery sequences during ovulation (Summer) and yin poses post-ovulation (Fall). We blend restorative yoga, yin, meditation and women's health education in a trauma-informed space. I've witnessed beautiful transformations, like my student in Kuwait who overcame 10 years of infertility and my teacher trainee in Saudi Arabia who now runs her own well-woman yoga studio supporting women through miscarriage and fertility challenges.

My 6-month, 300-hour teacher training teaches you to honor women's bodies through every life stage. We cover yoga history & philosophy, women's health, meditation, anatomy & physiology, creating safe, inclusive spaces and more.

In this fast-paced world, yoga teaches us to slow down, breathe deeply, and just be present. I'd love to support you on this journey.
