200 hr training at Yoga One in Charlotte NC, 300 hr training was a combination of Level One Baptiste Training with Baron Baptiste at Menla in upstate NY and various 300 hr. modules at Asheville Yoga Center including Prison Yoga with James Fox, Anatomy and Breath with Leslie Kaminoff, Y12SR with Nikki Sue Myers, Modules with Michael Johnson, Sierra Hollister and other current and former AYC teachers.
