Yoga teacher educator and movement specialist with 9+ years and 20,000+ teaching hours, specializing in creative sequencing, biomechanics, mobility and embodied movement.

Sarah White is a British yoga teacher educator and movement specialist with 20,000+ hours of teaching experience across yoga, personal training, mobility and handstand coaching.

Sarah began her yoga journey in Dubai in 2016 which led her to teaching movement full-time in 2018. Over the following eight years, she worked with a huge variety of students, from group classes and private clients to specialist movement and handstand coaching, while building her own in-person business and online community.

Working across different bodies, abilities and movement disciplines became a huge influence on the way Sarah teaches today. Rather than viewing yoga through one method or set of rules, her approach draws from biomechanics, strength and mobility alongside her experience of actually teaching thousands of hours in the room.

Today, her work is primarily focused on yoga teacher education, creative sequencing and embodied movement. She helps teachers understand the why behind the movement they teach, build sequences with intention, and develop the confidence to make decisions based on the people actually in front of them.

Now based in Kentucky, Sarah teaches internationally through her online education, workshops and teacher trainings, while continuing to explore the intersection between yoga, movement and modern movement science.
