Teacher of Mindfulness and Somatics, with a background in Baptiste-inspired Yoga and Somatic Psychology. Group classes, 1:1 somatic sessions, and women's circles.

The spirit of this excerpt from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali guides me in practice and teaching: “Each place is the right place–the place where I now am can be a sacred space.” I enjoy teaching to guide students into their innate power and quiet strength. Journeying with clients into the vulnerable and expressive spaces through mindful, trauma-informed somatic work is a joy and honor.

I hold the balance of joy and depth, having a strong relationship with both. Bringing levity, light, and hope along with a willingness to speak to, and hold space for, the complex layers of our shared humanity. The things that ground and inspire me are music and poetry; my dreams and connection with Spirit; my empathy and love of learning.

I am Co-Founder of Unfurl Yoga and Wellness in Canby, Oregon where I teach classes, facilitate workshops, lead women's circles, and meet with clients 1:1 for grief tending, dream weaving, and spiritual integration.
