New Jersey Yoga Teacher Training

A faster-paced yoga class designed to build full body strength. Targeting different muscle groups and practice stability.

I am New Jersey through and through, as my interests described below illustrate I started life in Hoboken. Moving with my family to Jersey City, then Kearny and eventually made my way to my current home in North Arlington. After graduation from St. Peter’s Prep High School in Jersey City, it was on to Northeastern University, then Rutgers University in Newark and New Brunswick. I worked as a senior project manager until I changed course in 2006. I became a Paralegal and work at a major Construction Law firm. In person, you’d never guess that I have dropped a lot of weight and kept it off. Daily yoga practice helped me achieve my fitness goals. I started taking yoga classes out as a way to help me stay connected to my own journey toward greater wellbeing and healthy living back in 2017. I was quickly awakened to the fact that yoga could bring me everything I had ever wanted in a career: independence, freedom, flexibility, creativity, constant learning and growth. Other activities include camping, hiking, and backpacking. An especially fun fact that I think no one really knows is that I collect New Jersey antiques and artifacts. I own a 1935 deep-sea diving suit a/k/a Elle featured in an article I wrote in a recent issue of Weird NJ. The Elle photo (pictured) was one of four chosen to be featured on the first ever Weird NJ beer, a Jersey Lager, brewed at Heavy Reel Brewing Company in Seaside Heights, NJ. Next time you see me at the studio, ask me about rescuing the giant cat or a 100-foot flagpole from the Jersey City
