Bio
Sondra Loring, Sadhana Founder & Director, fell in love with yoga while dancing professionally in New York City. After moving to the Hudson Valley, Sondra opened Sadhana Center for Yoga & Meditation in Hudson in 2003, and Satya Yoga Center in Rhinebeck in 2005.
Sondra is an interdisciplinary artist, bringing somatic practices, yoga, meditation, dance, science, functional movement, poetry and mantra into her aliveness and her teaching. Sondra founded MovingPotential to bring these practices to those impacted by justice, trauma and addiction. She stewards Sadhana Center for Yoga and Feathertail Farm in Hudson, NY.
