Summer is an innovator & leader with a strong pedagogy. She is an internationally recognized educator as well as a movement & performance coach. Summer founded Steel Mace Vinyasa in 2017 and Clubbell Yoga in 2011, two powerful strength & mobility based systems.

Summer studied online training interventions in the workplace for her thesis, and has implemented Custom Corporate Wellness programs for Western WA University, Trident Seafoods (700+ employees), Hexcel Aerospace Engineering and did her thesis on Website Interventions for wellness. She has also published over 15 Online Courses for mobility education, and curates workshops and retreats around the US and the globe.

Summer marvels at her students for their dedication to this practice and is honored to empower individuals to tap into Flow in her programs, seminars, retreats and workshops. She has taught her body of work at Wanderlust Whistler & Imagine Festival on Orcas Island, WA, while curating 7 Day Training retreats in Thailand, Bali, Costa Rica, Washington State and beyond.

She created Flow Shala (aka house of Flow) to be a community of like minded humans seeking optimum performance, knowledge & mastery. Our goal is to make movement a lifestyle, so that we look forward to training.
