Teresa holds a BA in Biology and Psychology, is a RYT in Refined Flow, Certified KRI Kundalini Yoga & Meditation teacher, an Amrit Yoga Nidra teacher, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist through the California College of Ayurveda. Teresa is also trained in Marma Therapy by Dr. Vasant Lad at The Ayurvedic Institute. Through her clinical practice and educational programs, Teresa specializes in using Ayurvedic lifestyle practices and yoga to support nervous system resilience.
