aka The Mindful Yoga Teacher

Herriman, UT, US

I’m a yoga teacher passionate about bridging mindful mobility and yoga philosophy. I believe yoga is about more than perfect postures. It’s about exploring movement, cultivating self-awareness, and finding balance on and off the mat. Feel your practice. Don’t perform it.

I’m a yoga teacher, lifelong student, and passionate advocate for mindful movement, mobility, and the deeper philosophy of yoga.

My approach is rooted in a simple belief: Yoga is not about how a posture looks, but how we experience it.

I believe our practice should be an invitation to explore rather than something we strive to perfect. Through mindful mobility, intentional movement, breathwork, and self-inquiry, I encourage students to become curious about their bodies, listen to what they need, and discover a practice that feels uniquely their own.

While I deeply value the physical practice of asana, my love for yoga extends far beyond the poses. The eight limbs of yoga are foundational to my teaching and the way I strive to live. I believe yoga offers us tools to cultivate awareness, find balance, embrace change, and create a more intentional relationship with ourselves and the world around us.

Mobility is a particularly meaningful part of my teaching. Not simply as a way to improve flexibility or range of motion, but as an opportunity to better understand our bodies. I love exploring how movement can become a form of mindfulness, where we learn to recognize sensations, honor our limitations, and approach our bodies with curiosity rather than judgment.

As both a teacher and student, I believe there is no single expression of yoga that fits everyone. Our bodies, experiences, and needs are constantly evolving, and our practice should have the freedom to evolve alongside us.

My intention is to create spaces where students feel empowered to explore, question, connect, and discover what yoga means to them, both on and off the mat.

I’m continually learning, growing, and deepening my understanding of this beautiful practice, and I feel grateful for every opportunity to share that journey with others.

My philosophy is simple: Feel your practice. Don’t perform it.
