I design & lead 200/ 300YTT Vinyasa & Yin Yoga programs that integrate the art & science of breath, movement, & philosophy. These programs equip teachers to support physical & mental well-being in themselves & others, fostering resilience & connection within their communities.

Originally from New York City and raised in the Berkshires, my yoga foundation was built in Chicago, where I was introduced to the structure of Iyengar, the discipline of Ashtanga, and the expansive energy of Universal Yoga.

With a background in movement and athletics, I was first drawn to the physicality of yoga—but it’s the integration of asana, practical meditation, and yogic philosophy that’s kept me grounded, curious, and well.

I’ve studied with renowned teachers including Tim Miller, Richard Freeman, Ana Forrest, Eoin Finn, Jean-Jacques Gabriel, David Magone, Marc St. Pierre, and Dharma Mittra, with extended studies in meditation and Buddhist philosophy under Lama Migmar Tseten. I hold a 300-hour Yin certification with Josh Summers and Terry Cockburn, and have led retreats in the U.S., Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Italy.

Since 2016, I’ve created and led 200- and 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Trainings that integrate Vinyasa, Yin, and supportive, sustainable yoga for diverse bodies and generations.

My teaching blends intelligent sequencing, embodied meditation, and mindful alignment. I mentor emerging teachers, collaborate across disciplines, and develop thoughtful curricula with a focus on sustainable practice, grounded leadership, and strong, connected community.
