Each session will include: Breath Awareness – cultivating sensitivity to the natural rhythm of your breath Foundational Techniques – abdominal, intercostal, and full thoracic breathing Classical Practices – gentle introduction to Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) and other traditional methods Breath Ratios & Counting – to regulate and refine your breathing pattern Guided Relaxation – to integrate the benefits of practice

Hiya! I'm a 375-hour Jivamukti Certified Teacher, and an apprentice to Rima Rabbath, as well as a Dharma Moon Mindfulness Meditation Certified Teacher, a Reiki Master, and I hold a Certification in Pranayama Level I under the guidance of Eddie Stern and Robert Moses.

Annamaria Pinna is a 375-hour Jivamukti Certified Teacher, Dharma Moon Mindfulness Meditation Certified Teacher, Reiki Master, and holds a Certification in Pranayama Level I under the guidance of Eddie Stern and Robert Moses. Before dedicating her life to yoga, meditation, and the arts, Annamaria worked as a tax attorney in a major New York City law firm, a path she ultimately left behind to follow a calling toward spirituality, creativity, and personal transformation. A longtime student of Rima and Monica, Annamaria has spent many years studying yoga and mindfulness deeply.
