St. Benedict’s After School Yoga Program

In Partnership with Freedom Youth Yoga and Pose Karma Yoga

Who this is for

This program is designed for students at St. Benedict’s School participating in the after-school enrichment program. It offers a nurturing and inclusive space for children to explore movement, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. Through age-appropriate yoga, breathwork, and reflective activities, students learn to connect with themselves and others in meaningful ways.

Program begins on August 27th and runs through December 3rd.

By weaving SEL principles into yoga, storytelling, and reflection, students gain practical tools for managing emotions, reducing stress, and strengthening their overall well-being.
