  • This is a self-study course culminating with a live online workshop exam

  • Each participant must have a partner with them for hands-on practice

  • Both should wear soft, comfortable clothing and use a yoga mat

  • Not suitable for pregnancy or recent injury

  • A downloadable reference guide, videos and certificate of completion are included

  • Participants must study the course materials, video, and 12 Thai Classic postures before the online workshop exam.
