With over 18 years of teaching experience, I blend my background in biology, health promotion, and fitness with extensive training in multiple yoga styles, including VariYoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Prenatal, and Power Yoga for Sports.

Emery is a dedicated educator in the Exercise Science program at Missouri State University, where she serves as a full-time faculty member. With over 15 years of experience teaching yoga and more than a decade training yoga instructors, she brings a wealth of expertise in movement, exercise, and wellness. Emery holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master’s degree in Health Promotion and Wellness Management, providing her with a strong foundation in both scientific principles and holistic health practices. Her extensive certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training, TRX, and Silver Sneakers reflect her commitment to a well-rounded approach to fitness.
