What to expect

Throughout our 5-days together, we will explore various yoga styles, from invigorating vinyasa flows, to gentle and restorative yin practices. Each day will begin with a morning sunrise meditation on the beach followed by a morning yoga session in our private yoga shala, just steps from the ocean, allowing you to synchronize breath with movement in harmony with each new day. Our afternoon practice will allow you the space to relax, unwind and just be.

Hania Khuri-Trapper is a 500 Hour Experienced Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher (E-RYT® 500, YACEP®). She teaches weekly classes at several studios and leads 200hour, 300hour, meditation, and yin yoga teacher training programs in the Boston area. She also facilitates mindfulness workshops at corporations and organizations and created Rest & Return Retreats hosting students all around the region and the world. Along with basketball player Marcus Smart and his YounGameChanger Foundation, Hania shares tools to manage stress with active duty military personnel across the country.
