What to expect

Daily Schedule:​​

  • Breakfast - 7AM

  • ​​​Morning Yoga & Meditation Session - 9 to 11AM​

  • Lunch - 12PM

  • ​​Free Time / Rest / Excursions / Massage / Pool - 12 to 4.30PM​​

  • Evening Practice & Community gathering - 5 to 7PM

  • ​Dinner - 7.30PM
