Flowing Through Change

Flowing Through Change

How to Safely Adapt Yoga Poses, Sequences, and Anatomy for Pregnancy & Postpartum.

Who this is for

A Workshop for Students and Teachers

For the Student: Learn to listen to your body through all four trimesters while mastering yoga pose variations and understanding anatomical changes so you can confidently join any class.

For the Teacher: Expand your prenatal and postnatal teaching toolkit with essential anatomical knowledge, pose variations, prop techniques, and sequencing strategies to safely support pregnant and postpartum students.

Benefits

What We Will Explore Together:

Anatomical Clarity: Understand the structural and hormonal shifts of each trimester and the postpartum recovery phase (4th trimester).

Pose-by-Pose Guidance: Learn how to use props (like blocks, bolsters, and straps) to make traditional poses feel stable, spacious, and strong.

Adaptive Flow Sequencing: Discover how to modify fluid vinyasa cycles without losing the magic of the movement/ breath connection.

And More! We will also cover Pranayama and Restorative Poses.
