Yin & Tea

Yin & Tea

Slow down, stretch deep, and sip something warm

Who this is for

Anyone craving a slower, more restorative practice paired with a cozy community experience.

Benefits

Release tension with long-held yin postures and end the evening with a warm cup of tea and good company.

What to expect

Yin & Tea is the perfect way to close out the week. We'll move through a gentle yin yoga sequence — holding postures for several minutes to target deep connective tissues — then gather for a warming cup of tea. It's a full experience for body, mind, and soul. $35 per person.
