Each week we start with a grounding or centering practice, discussion of a Yama or Niyama, personal and shared reflection time, and expand upon other yogic philosophy or ayurvedic concept, as it relates to holistic wellbeing.

The New Year is a great time to expand and energize your personal practice. Beginners will gain a solid foundation in Yoga’s holistic practices.
