This robust and intimate 300-hour advanced program is for 200 hour graduates. It is designed to help you free your teaching voice, integrate your core teaching skills, and support your personal development. We help you master the essential skills and knowledge you need ~ in cueing, sequencing, applied anatomy, pranayama, meditation, and more - so that you can teach with confidence, presence, and authenticity.
