Whether you're recovering from a workout or a long week, this practice offers space to slow down, release tension, and return to yourself. Whether you're an experienced mover, a longtime yoga practitioner, or just curious about slower, more restorative practices—you’ll find a supportive and welcoming space here.

No experience needed—all are welcome. Mats, therapy balls, and blocks are provided. Wear comfortable layers and come prepared to explore slower practices.
