Community Conversation

Community Conversation

a FREE monthly online gathering where we connect spiritual ideas to real life

Who this is for

Yoga practitioners and teachers who are thoughtful, socially aware, and wrestling with how spiritual surrender fits with moral responsibility. This conversation is for people who care about the world, feel called to act, and want a clearer understanding of how yoga wisdom speaks to engagement, responsibility, and inner freedom—without dogma or easy answers.

Benefits

Participants will deepen their understanding of how yoga wisdom applies to real-life challenges. These conversations offer perspective, clarity, and practical insight—helping you reflect more skillfully, respond with greater steadiness, and integrate spiritual principles into everyday decisions without simplifying complex issues or bypassing lived experience.

What to expect

Each session begins with a short framing reflection drawn from yoga philosophy, followed by guided questions that open inquiry and discussion. The core of the gathering is a facilitated community conversation. We close by reflecting on how these ideas can be carried into daily life, relationships, and personal practice.
