Reviving Your Feet, Hands, and Face at Schoolhouse Yoga
Expect to leave feeling more spacious, grounded, and connected from the edges inward.
Who this is for
This workshop is ideal for anyone experiencing plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tension headaches, or repetitive stress issues, as well as for yogis who want to deepen their practice by refining awareness, sensation, and control.
Benefits
In yoga, we often focus on large muscle groups and major joints in the torso—and for good reason. But sometimes the perimeter of the body needs a little attention too.
This workshop explores micro-asanas: subtle, targeted practices for the feet, hands, and face—areas we often overwork and overlook. Through mindful movement, gentle strengthening, and self-massage, we’ll bring awareness and care to these smaller (but mighty) parts of the body.
What to expect
About 40 minutes will be spent on the following: Feet, hands, face.
Each body center will be addressed through slides, discussion and practices. Questions are always invited.
