Join Richard for an engaging, hands-on yoga workshop designed to expand your skills and confidence in offering thoughtful, effective adjustments. We’ll explore four distinct types of adjustments, each aimed at creating a supportive, responsive, and empowering experience for your students and clients.

Techniques for all foundational poses are demonstrated, and you’ll get plenty of practice time. You’ll even learn how to make an adjustment without any touch at all.

The cost of the workshop includes a handout, plus access to photos and videos of the techniques. You’ll also receive a Certificate of Completion for 10 hours of Continuing Education Credit (CEC).

This workshop is 2 days, Saturday, March 28, and Sunday, March 29, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
