Hi there! Here's a little info about me - I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years and began teaching in 2013. I completed a 200-hour Teacher Training Program with Jala Yoga in Shepherdstown, WV. I have received further training in Yin, Trauma Informed and Restorative Yoga. In 2024 I completed a 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training Program offered by Christa Mastrangelo Joyce with a focus on cultivating curiosity, adaptability, and engagement in the practice of yoga. I am recognized by Yoga Alliance as E-RYT 200, RYT 500 and YACEP, which means I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, over 1,000 hours of teaching experience and am a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.
