Who this is for
This retreat is for anyone desiring more peace of mind and improved comfort and mobility in their body. It's open to all ages and abilities, but generally, it's people over 45 who are drawn to this practice for its attainable and practical results.
Benefits
Avita uses doable shapes, not poses, to activate a healing and remodeling process in all the major joints in the body. Avita is very different from all other forms of yoga, and you will leave the retreat with a newfound skill: how to source a healing sensation to generate healthy movement and lasting peace of mind.
