This course provides a comprehensive exploration of the teachings of Yogarahasya from Nathamuni/Krishnamacharya lineage, integrating viniyoga krama, bhakti, and mantra into both personal and teaching practices.

It emphasizes on self care through daily personal practice, and solidifies the foundation in yoga philosophy and roots in a lineage.

What to expect

May 18th – July 10th 2026, 8 weeks; Monday 8.30am - 10.30am EDT ( 6 – 8 pm IST) and Friday 8.30am - 9.30am EDT ( 6 – 7 pm IST) - 24 Hours program

During the course, we will chant selected shlokas from the text, giving detailed explanations as received from the teachers in the tradition of Sri T Krishnamacharya.

Every week there will be an asana, pranayama, dharana practice with sound and mantras to deepen the understanding of the subject. These practices can be pursued as a daily practice, each week there will be a space for free discussion to share the feedbacks and reflections.

For those who are certified yoga therapists, or yoga teachers they will have the opportunity to bring some students’ cases related to womanhood.

Participants will also have a chance to interact in small groups, applying the vyuham model on sample cases. The participants will also receive sample practices for different age groups and a few health conditions.
