Who this is for

This 2 part immersive experience invites you to slow down, go deeper, and reconnect with the foundations of breath and subtle body awareness. Together, we’ll explore the history of pranayama (breath liberation) through its roots of the ancient yogic texts while also looking at modern science and anatomical insights into the breath, bridging old and new with curiosity and clarity. April 12 will be more focused on science, May 17 more focused on sensation.

What to expect

Each part will contain :

  • 60 min lecture

  • 20 movement to prepare body

  • 40 mins guided breathing and meditation experience
