Franklin Method® | Pelvic Power Instructor

Master the Pelvis. Transform your teaching.

Who this is for

This training is designed for yoga teachers, movement educators, and practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of the pelvic floor and its role in movement, stability, and overall well-being.

It is especially valuable for those interested in exploring the connection between the pelvic floor, fascia, breath, and core integration in a practical and embodied way.

Benefits

While this training focuses on your own learning and embodiment, the insights you gain can naturally enrich your teaching.

A clearer understanding of pelvic floor function, coordination, and its connection to the whole body can support more precise cueing, help reduce unnecessary tension, and create a more integrated and supportive experience for your students.
