Kristin has been practicing yoga since 2011 and teaching since 2015. She loves any form of movement, but is most at home guiding a slow-burn vinyasa flow that invites curiosity and play. With over 1,000 hours of formal training and self-study across a variety of movement styles, her teaching blends mindful alignment with a relaxed, down-to-earth energy. She believes yoga, and its vast teachings, offers one of the most efficient ways to connect to our power within. When she’s not teaching, you’ll usually find her working behind the scenes as manager of Radiance Yoga, putting together events and experiences that help connect the community.
