Hands-On Assisting: Build Confidence, Skill & Connection Through Touch
elevate your comfort, confidence, and clarity
Who this is for
Touch is one of the most powerful tools a yoga teacher has — and one of the most underused. If you've been trained to assist but find yourself holding back, second-guessing, or skipping it altogether, this weekend is for you.
Over three transformative days, you'll go from uncertain to confident — turning hands-on assisting from something awkward or interruptive into a seamless, meditative part of your teaching.
This weekend is for current yoga teachers or 200 hour graduates.
